La jefatura de Rentas e Impuestos Nacionales, se abstendrá de aplicar la facultad de revisión que le confiere el numeral 1º del artículo 15 de la Ley 81 de 1931 , respecto a las liquidaciones que se hayan practicado de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes anteriormente.
