Reinscripción en el Escalafón. El docente que haya sido excluido del Escalafón podrá obtener por una sola vez reinscripción, solicitándola por escrito a la Junta Seccional que impuso la sanción, dicha solicitud sólo podrá presentarlas tres (3) años después de la exclusión, siempre y cuando el educador compruebe que han desaparecido las causas que la motivaron.
