Transitorio . No obstante la facultad otorgada al Ministerio de Educación Nacional en el artículo 9o. de este decreto, para el año académico que se inicie en 1996, la gratuidad será obligatoria en el caso de ingresos familiares cuyo monto sea igual o inferior a cuatrocientos veintisiete mil pesos ($427.000).
