Exclusión de la financiación . No serán financiables por el Fonam, proyectos para la región Amazónica que sean objeto de financiación por el Fondo Ambiental de la Amazonia-Famazonico. De manera excepcional y previo concepto favorable del Consejo Nacional Asesor; podrán presentarse proyectos por parte del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, los cuales serán financiables hasta por un tope del 5% del presupuesto asignado al Fonam en cada vigencia.
