°. Desistimiento de la adjudicación. En caso de que el favorecido no solicite el pago del subsidio dentro del término previsto en el artículo anterior se entenderá que desiste del mismo. En este evento, el beneficiario quedará inhabilitado para solicitar nuevamente el subsidio por el término de dos años contados desde la fecha de la comunicación de la adjudicación rehusada.
