Art. 2.° El actual Almacenista de sal en Soatá dispondrá lo conveniente a efecto de que la sal existente en el Almacén a su cargo sea rematada en pública subasta, de manera que el dia 29 de febrero no quede existencia alguna de este artículo en dicho Almacén. Para este efecto, hará fijar carteles en los lugares circunvecinos, con suficiente anticipación.
