Las agencias que realicen labores de intermediación de empleo con carácter lucrativo, podrán cobrar al demandante de mano de obra una comisión hasta del 20% sobre el salario básico que el oferente postulado devengará, pero sólo en el caso que éste sea aceptado por el demandante. Este cobro se hará por una sola vez.
