Objeto. El presente capítulo tiene por objeto reglamentar la determinación, priorización, aprobación, financiación y ejecución de la Infraestructura para los Proyectos Turísticos Especiales (PTE) contemplados en el artículo 18 de la Ley 300 de 1996 “Ley General del Turismo”, modificado por el artículo 264 de la Ley 1955 de 2019, estableciendo las normas necesarias para su funcionamiento en el territorio nacional.
