La Escuela de Capacitación de la Contraloría prestará asesoría a la Unidad de Personal de la Contraloría General de la República para la estructuración y permanente actualización de un programa de inducción que facilite a los nuevos empleados: - El conocimiento adecuado de la Contraloría y su funcionamiento. - El conocimiento de las funciones propias del empleo. - El conducto regular del organismo, y - Otros aspectos que redunden en beneficio de su ambientación.
