Las cajas y envases vacíos que por sí no constituyan parte de un depósito, deben ser retirados a más tardar a los ocho (8) días de constituido éste; de lo contrario, serán vendidos por la Zona por cuenta de quien hizo el depósito y previa notificación al mismo, si esto fuere posible, y sin ninguna otra formalidad. El importe de la venta, deducidos los gastos, se abonará al propietario. CAPITULO 9°. Venta de mercancías en pública subasta.
