Régimen sancionatorio . El ICANH aplicará las sanciones correspondientes por la comisión de faltas administrativas contra el patrimonio arqueológico establecidas en la Ley 397 de 1997, de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido en el Código Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de las consecuencias penales y policivas a que haya lugar de conformidad con las conductas punibles y querellables establecidas en el Código Penal y en el Código Nacional de Policía que se desprendan de las afectaciones al patrimonio arqueológico.
