º. Para la aplicación de estas sanciones se observará el siguiente procedimiento: Los Inspectores Nacionales de Policía Sanitaria; los Alcaldes, Inspectores de Policía, que tuvieren conocimiento por sí o por denuncia de tercero del ejercicio ilegal de la farmacia, abocarán la correspondiente investigación dictando un auto cabeza de proceso.
