º. El registro de las direcciones postales, telegráficas y radiotelegráficas, será válido por el término de un año, desde el primero de enero al treinta y uno de diciembre del mismo año.
Cualquier registro de dirección que se haga en el curso del año, tendrá vigencia durante el lapso comprendido entre la fecha de su inscripción y el treinta y uno de diciembre siguiente.
