ARTICULO 24 . Los jueces especializados y magistrados de las salas penales continuarán tramitando hasta su culminación, aquellos asuntos respecto de los cuales hubiesen asumido el conocimiento con arreglo a las normas de la Ley 2º de 1984 y a los decretos anteriores al presente.
