Los establecimientos de barbería, manicuristas y sus similares, cualquiera que sea el número de sus operarios, y que funcionen en las capitales del Departamento y en ciudades de más de sesenta mil habitantes, no podrán ser abiertos al público en los días domingos.

Parágrafo

En los contratos de trabajo que se celebren entre patronos y asalariados, ya sean aquéllos contratistas o subcontratistas, queda expresamente prohibida la cláusula que obligue a prestar el servicio en día domingo.
