Artículo octavo. Los ingresos y egresos del Fondo Rotatorio podrán ser en moneda nacional o extranjera. Los ingresos y egresos en el exterior serán manejados en una cuenta especial en la ciudad de Nueva York, Estadas Unidos de América, y podrán ser trasladados a cualquier parte del país o exterior, por decisión del representante legal del Fondo, adoptada por resolución motivada.
