En ninguna ciudad del país podrá mantenerse invertido más del cincuenta por ciento (50%) del capital de la compañía subsidiaria, que colabore con el Banco Central Hipotecario en la adquisición de terrenos para casas y granjas familiares destinadas a empleados y obreros, y en la construcción y acondicionamiento de ellas.
