La presente ley tiene por objeto eliminar barreras para que las personas con discapacidad puedan acceder al beneficio de excepción de las medidas de restricción vehicular conocidas como pico y placa establecidas en el numeral 6 del artículo 15 de la Ley 1618 de 2013.
