La utilización de las frecuencias atribuidas al servicio móvil marítimo para servicios diferentes de los descritos en el artículo 1º del presente decreto, serán sancionados con el pago de 20 salarios mínimos mensuales, y la reincidencia acarreara el retiro definitivo de la licencia.
