La jurisdicción de la Cámara de Comercio de Valledupar para el Valle del Río Cesar comprende los municipios de Valledupar, Agustín Codazzi, Astrea, Becerril, Bosconia, Chimichagua, Chiriguaná, El Copey, El Paso, La Jagua de Ibirico, La Paz, Manaure Balcón del Cesar, Pueblo Bello y San Diego, en el departamento del Cesar.
