Art. 210. Forman la Junta Directiva el Gobernador del Departamento, el Director, Subdirector y Profesores de la Escuela. Las sesiones serán presididas por el Gobernador, ó en su ausencia por el Director, y las actas llevadas por el Subdirector, que será el Secretario de la Escuela.
