Art. 323 . Lo dispuesto en los artículos 1452 1455 del Código Judicial no excluye la práctica y estimación de las demás pruebas que conduzcan a acreditar el estado de demencia de la persona de cuya interdicción se trate.

Las sentencias que en estos juicios se dicten se consultaran con el Tribunal puede de oficio ordenar las comprobaciones que estimen necesarias.
