El Gobierno Nacional procederá a hacer medir las quince mil hectáreas de tierras baldías cedidas por la Nación al Municipio de Campohermoso, por la Ley 48 de 1913 .

Este Municipio no podrá disponer de la propiedad de ellas y solamente podrá arrendarlas a personas naturales o jurídicas, o explotarlas directamente, dedicando en todo caso su producido a la instrucción pública y a sus vías de comunicación.

Parágrafo

La partida necesaria para esta mensura se incluirá en la Ley de Apropiaciones del entrante año.
