º. Créase la prima de vacaciones para los docentes de los Servicios Educativos Estatales financiados por el Situado Fiscal, en una proporción de 40% de salario mensual para el año de 1997 y del 50% a partir del año 1998.

Parágrafo

En el evento que el Departamento o Distrito tenga déficit de Situado Fiscal, el pago de la prima a que se refiere el presente artículo se realizará con los recursos del Fondo de Compensación Educativo.
