Artículo 114 . CONTRATOS DE PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS. El artículo 282 de la Ley 100 de 1993, quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 282. Las personas naturales que contraten con el Estado en la modalidad de prestación de servicios no están obligadas a acreditar afiliación a los sistemas de salud y pensiones previstos en esta Ley, siempre y cuando la duración de su contrato sea igual o inferior a tres meses."
