º El Ministerio de la Economía Nacional procederá a efectuar en su presupuesto las operaciones necesarias para trasladar a una apropiación especial, destinada a verificar el aporte al Fondo Nacional de Irrigación y Desecación, previsto el ordinal b) del artículo 2º, las partidas que hoy están destinadas a la ejecución de las cuatro obras enumeradas en el artículo anterior.
