La acumulación de vacaciones solamente puede hacerse por períodos correspondientes a dos (2) años por necesidades del servicio y su goce debe decretarse dentro del año calendario siguiente al de su causación. El aplazamiento se decretará por resolución motivada del Rector o en quien se delegue dicha facultad. SECCION II De la prima de vacaciones.
