De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el inciso 1.° del artículo 4.° del Decreto número 1488 de 9 de Diciembre de 1907 los Secretarios de las Juntas Departamentales de Obras Públicas y los Habilitados encargados de atender á los gastos de la misma naturaleza en donde no están constituidas aquellas Juntas, rendirán sus cuentas, como empleados de inversión de fondos, á la Sección de Cuentas del Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro, observando lo dispuesto en el artículo 8°. Del mismo Decreto 1488 de 1907.
