Las Instituciones de Educación Superior, en el marco de la autonomía que les confiere la ley, podrán otorgar auxilios estudiantiles de transporte a quienes acrediten una situación económica precaria y que por razón de su labor en el Consultorio Jurídico requieran transportarse a sedes judiciales o administrativas.
