amends decreto 1400/70

El artículo 319 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, quedará así:

"Artículo 319. Sanciones por información falsa . Si se probare que el demandante, su representante o apoderado conocían el lugar donde hubiera podido encontrarse al demandado, se impondrá al responsable multa de veinte salarios mínimos mensuales, y por trámite incidental condena individual o solidaria, según el caso, a indemnizar los perjuicios que con su conducta haya ocasionado al demandado o a terceros, sin menoscabo de la nulidad contemplada en los numerales 8º y 9º del artículo 140. Se enviará copia al juez competente en lo penal, para que adelante la correspondiente investigación."
