Decreto 554 de 1999 · POR EL CUAL SE ADICIONAN TRANSITORIAMENTE LOS ARTICULOS 57 Y 82 DEL DECRETO, 1909 DE 1992, SE SEÑALA EL PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA APLICACION DEL PARAGRAFO TRANSITORIO DEL ARTICULO 69 DE LA LEY 488 DE 1998, Y SE DICTAN OTRAS DISPOSICIONES.

º. Adiciónase el artículo 82 del Decreto 1909 de 1992, con el siguiente

Parágrafo transitorio

Para efectos de lo establecido en el

Parágrafo transitorio

del artículo 69 de la Ley 488 de 1998, cuando la declaración de legalización se presente voluntariamente y sin intervención de la autoridad aduanera, deberá liquidarse en la misma únicamente , los tributos aduaneros a que hubiere lugar. Los derechos antidumping o compensatorios y los gravámenes arancelarios correspondientes a las medidas de salvaguardia se liquidarán y pagarán en los casos en que se hayan establecido o se establezcan.
