Artículo primero. Créase el cargo de Ingeniero Interventor de los estudios, construcción y reconstrucción de la carretera Cabrera-Puente de Lata, que adelanta el Instituto de Colonización e Inmigración, por contrato celebrado con Miguel Harmann Perdomo, con una asignación mensual de mil trescientos pesos ($ 1.300.00), que será pagada por dicho Instituto, así como también los demás gastos que ocasiones esta Interventoría.
