El contrato para la administración de la Cuenta Especial de Cambios y los Fondos de Inversiones Públicas y de Estabilización Cambiaria requerirá únicamente las firmas del Presidente de la República, del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público y del Gerente General del Banco de la República y su duración será igual a la del contrato de emisión existente entre el Gobierno y el Banco de la República.
