° Para el adecuado desarrollo de sus funciones , la Comisión Evaluadora de la Situación Eléctrica y sus Perspectivas contará con el apoyo técnico y logístico del Ministerio de Minas y Energía. Igualmente podrá solicitar las informaciones que considere convenientes de parte de las demás entidades u organismos gubernamentales. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de la posibilidad de que los miembros de la Comisión, cuando así lo estimen apropiado, recaben informaciones de fuentes distintas al Gobierno.
