Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional que adquieran incapacidades al realizar actos que impliquen violación de la ley, reglamentos u órdenes, no tendrán derecho al ascenso al grado de Cabo Segundo ni al pago de indemnización alguna a menos que sean declarados exentos de responsabilidad mediante informativo.
