Efectos ambientales no previstos. Si durante la ejecución del proyecto, obra o actividad se detectan efectos ambientales no previstos, el dueño del proyecto deberá suspender los trabajos e informar de manera inmediata a la autoridad ambiental competente para que ésta determine y exija la adopción de las medidas correctivas que considere necesarias, sin perjuicio de las medidas que debe tomar el beneficiario de la misma para impedir la degradación del medio ambiente
