Art. 14. El papel sellado será de buena calidad. Llevará dos líneas longitudinales para formar margen: el del lado del lomo tendrá tres centímetros, y el de la orilla dos centímetros. Entre las dos líneas longitudinales tendrá líneas transversales para la escritura distantes una de otra ocho milímetros dejando arriba y abajo, esto es, antes de la primera línea transversal y después de la última, un espacio en blanco de dos centímetros de ancho.
