°. Los Municipios no pueden eximir a ninguna persona natural o jurídica cuyo patrimonio pase de cincuenta mil pesos ($50.000.00) del pago del sobreimpuesto predial del cuatro por mil a que se refiere el artículo tercero del Decreto legislativo número 160 de 1956.

Parágrafo

Las exenciones de impuestos que los Municipios hayan establecido o reconocido, o que establezcan o reconozcan en lo sucesivo bajo cualquier forma o denominación, no comprenden ni afectan el sobreimpuesto predial del cuatro por mil autorizado por el artículo tercero del Decreto legislativo número 160 de 1956, cuyo sentido queda aclarado en estos términos.
