Modificaciones durante el trámite de solicitud. Cuando en el trámite de las solicitudes de licencias de cultivo se presente modificación del inmueble con posterioridad a la realización de la visita previa de control, el solicitante deberá sufragar los costos adicionales de evaluación, de acuerdo con la regulación conjunta que para el efecto expidan los ministerios de Salud y Protección Social, Justicia y del Derecho y Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.
