Continuidad de los subsidios . Los beneficiarios de los subsidios para el aporte en pensión del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional antes de 18 de diciembre de 2009 continuarán recibiendo el subsidio en las mismas condiciones establecidas al momento de su ingreso. (Decreto 4944 de 2009, artículo 3°)
