Artículo único. Para los efectos del Artículo 8º. Del Decreto número 470 de 1932, se considerarán oportunamente publicadas las providencias de carácter administrativo enumeradas en el citado artículo, que se hayan insertado en el Diario Oficial con posterioridad al término de noventa días de que habla el artículo único del Decreto número 96 de 1933, o que se publiquen en dicho periódico dentro de los treinta días siguientes a la fecha de este Decreto.
