De los perjuicios causados a los contratistas o a terceros . El Contratista o el tercero lesionados por la celebración, ejecución o inejecución de un contrato podrán demandar, a su elección, a la entidad contratante, al funcionario o exfuncionario responsables o a los dos en forma solidaria. La sentencia que se profiera señalará de manera precisa la responsabilidad de cada uno de los demandados.
