Las vacaciones del personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales que se encuentren en comisión de estudios, administrativas o de tratamiento médico en el exterior, serán autorizadas por los respectivos Comandos de Fuerza. Cuando se trate de comisiones diplomáticas, las vacaciones serán autorizadas por el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares. CAPITULO II. Prestación por retiro.
