Procedimiento de cobro. El cobro de las sanciones impuestas por la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales en ejercicio de sus facultades de control cambiario se adelantará, en lo pertinente, conforme con el procedimiento administrativo coactivo establecido en los Títulos VIII y IX del Libro Quinto del Estatuto Tributario y demás normas que lo complementen, adicionen o reglamenten.
