°. Naturaleza de los recursos del FOES . De acuerdo con el artículo 118 de la Ley 812 de 2003, los recursos del FOES constituyen inversión social en los términos establecidos por el artículo 359 de la Constitución Política. En consecuencia, los recursos del FOES solo pueden destinarse para cumplir el objeto y la finalidad señalados en el presente Decreto.
