El auto en que se ordene la práctica de alguna de las diligencias de que trata el artículo anterior lleva consigo el decreto de allanamiento que fuere necesario para darle cumplimiento; pero la autoridad, en los casos de los numerales 1º y 2º de dicho artículo, no ordenará el allanamiento efectivo sin que tenga datos para creer que dará resultados satisfactorios.
