Artículo tercero . La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero transferirá a la Nación los bienes que adquiera según el artículo anterior, por un precio igual al del costo, más los gastos que aquélla hubiere efectuarlo, sin perjuicio de que la misma Caja continúe administrando tales bienes y ejecutando en ellos, por cuenta de la Nación, las obras que el Gobierno determine.
