ARTICULO 1.8.3.0.5 . REGIMEN DE LAS INSTITUCIONES FINANCIERAS PRIVATIZADAS. Las instituciones financieras privatizadas, según el artículo anterior del presente estatuto, no estarán sujetas a las obligaciones o restricciones establecidas por razón de la participación estatal en dichas instituciones, ni gozarán de las prerrogativas que les han sido concedidas en función de tal participación.
