El que al ejecutar un hecho en las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 24, exceda los límites impuestos por la norma legal, la autoridad o la necesidad, incurrirá en una sanción no menor de la sexta parte del mínimo ni mayor de la mitad del máximo de la señalada para la infracción. En casos especialmente favorables para el sindicado, podrá aplicarse la condena condicional.
