COMISION DE ESTUDIO, PROCEDIMIENTO Y TERMINO. La comisión de estudio se conferirá mediante acto administrativo expedido por el Jefe del Departamento en el cual se expresará el término de su duración que no podrá exceder de doce (12) meses prorrogables hasta por otro tanto.
